we work with our in-house designer to get the visuals right
Getting artwork through in tip-top form is a great place to start. But not all technology is created equally and neither are our abilities with it. Your project may require some back-on-forth to get the design looking just right. Or if you're a legend who has all of the correct files in the right resolutions on hand, you may just receive a proof from our designer before your job goes ahead.

we discuss project timings
We're all about managing expectations, and while we might not always be in a position to turn around the swiftest of operations, we always deliver a premium result. You can expect communication from our account managers on where your project is at and when we expect to have it done.

we let you know what's possible for your project
Once we've received your request, our team will stipulate some of the options available to you if required and hit you back with questions to support preparing your quote. This could look like cost-comparisons for different products or materials, the scale of your project, and/or quantities.

your job gets underway
You've locked in your project, you've approved the quote, you've seen the proof, now our team in the workshop gets busy producing your project to a premium-finish.
For vehicle signage, we will organise a time with you to bring your vehicle or truck in to complete the work.
For on-site installation, we will liaise with you on a mutual time that works for the install; and for on-site design or custom work, we will give you an induction on how your business might be impacted and for how long while we get works completed.

project collect/ delivery
Bing bong! Your printing is ready to rock out the door with you. For promotional printing and small-medium scale signage, we will let you know when it's ready to be collected from our office on Tremaine Ave. (Be sure to ring the bell, we'll no doubt be busy working out back). And for larger scale projects, we will be in touch to discuss the most ideal means of delivery so you can get back to business sooner.
Installation
After our production team creates your signage, the install teams take over to get your signage exactly where you want it to achieve your best vantage.
Our install teams are made up of experienced and multi-skilled people, and along with all the other benefits dealing with an experienced team like Capture Signs, the sheer size of our team means we make sure we select the right team member(s) with the most suitable skillset best suited to your job.
Our installation team are all Site Safe Passport Holders and Elevated Work Platform (Cherry Pickers, Scissor lifts etc) license holders, and we also have certified STMS and TC's (Traffic Controllers) on our team if we need to work on footpaths, within carparks or on the road side.
Capture Signs are early adopters of the web-based People Safe system, which gives our team live and instant access to all documents, information, guidelines and training portal for information that may be required to ensure not only that our team is safe but also your company's people, property and anyone else that may be in the vicinity of our team working.
Alongside using our own install/access equipment, we also have long standing relationships with hire and cranage companies across the lower North Island. Wherever we are installing for you, we can be trusted to get the right equipment, linking it with the right guys, to get things sorted.
Our aim is to get to your site at the time and date we have arranged, get your new signage produced and installed as safely as we can, and leave your site clean and tidy with only your stunning new signs as evidence that we have even been there...
