Operations Team

Although notoriously camera shy, the Operations Team here at Capture Signs is a unique blend of qualified, experienced and motivated guys, and with our continued focus on internal training, these skills are continually becoming increasingly broad.

Often the installation of signage elements on-site is a blend of many skill-sets, so having sign installers with application skills and vice versa is an important focus at Capture Signs, to give our Ops Team the maximum effectiveness and flexibility on every job.

Our Team is made up of guys from many different walks of life, with transferable skills and experience from a wide range of industries; we have an industrial spray painter, ex panel beaters, ex chippys and even an ex Superyacht painter.

When not at work our guys are involved in a headspinningly wide range of activities from speedway to Hot Rodding to classic cars, Serious DIY projects, coaching sports teams and even Massage Therapy.

Crucial to the effective management of our Ops team are ipads that every member of the team are issued with. From these they can access all job specific information keeping them in touch and informed about every job they are involved in, whether they are in our workshop, up the road at a job site or in another town. This technology is an absolutely vital tool for communication both to and from our Ops Team ensuring your job is completed how, when and where you have agreed with your Capture contact.

By using ipads our Ops team effectively work in a totally paperless environment, they have instant access to job layouts, all applicable information pertaining to the installation or application of your job, Health and Safety documents and templates, can take and upload completion photos of jobs and even fill out their timesheets, all in a quick, effective and accurate manner giving us the information we need when we need it and enabling our guys to move from job to job seamlessly and effectively.
