Nick HAY
Operations Manager

After 3 years completing an Advanced Diploma in Multi Media & Design, Nick started at Capture in 2005 as the workshop boy, from here he worked through the ranks to be recognized as the lead Applicator in our Production Team, excelling in the ability to conform 2D vinyl products onto 3D shapes using a combination of experienced based judgement, hand skill, determination and patience to regularly achieve the unbelievable.

In early 2014 Nick was given the opportunity to move into project management providing an experienced liaison point for our customers to deal with for their sign writing projects.

Alongside managing signage projects, Nick also provides a crucial position at Capture providing vinyl application training to our Operations Team passing on the wealth of experience and knowledge he has amassed to the next generation of Capture Vinyl Applicators.

When not at work or helping wife Pip with the demands of two school aged girls, Nick always seems to be running in at least 4-5 directions, whether it be a DIY project on the family home, playing soccer, carving up the trials on his Mountain bike or helping friends with their projects, Nick crams a lot into every day and, like is commonly said, "if you want something done, give it to a busy person, they'll get it done"
